Event/Program	Awareness program on GRM process to the Nirmala Jyothi CDS
Date/Venue	06.07.2010, Community Hall, near social welfare department, Cholanayakana Halli, Hebbala, Bangalore.
Objective	To give awareness about GRM process to the CDS members. To collect their written grievances related to SJSRY.
Outcomes/Decisions	· Gave awareness to all. · Told them to stand by their written grievances. · Members agreed to stand by their written grievances. · They expressed so many grievances and we collected 27 grievances. · They were told to collect some other grievances from individuals. And we assured that.
Key observations	1. Community not aware of the GRM and they didn’t know how to take grievances to the higher officials. 2. They were waiting for this type of platform to express their problems.

Event/Program	Awareness program on SJSRY guidelines to the Mahadevapura CDS members.
Date/Venue	23-07-10 Govt. Urdu school, Hoodi Circle White field road, Bangalore.
Objective	To give awareness about entire SJSRY Guidelines. To give awareness about their responsibilities
Outcomes/Decisions	Community members said that, SJSRY scheme is not been implemented as per guidelines. So need to facilitate a platform to express their grievances related to SJSRY. Distributed grievance forms to all participants to fill their grievances. Decided to conduct another workshop on RTI. All members agreed.
Key observations	1. Community was not aware of SJSRY guidelines and their responsibilities. 2. They expressed gratitude for this type of workshop.
